Lisa is an accomplished Human Resources Professional with over 25 years of experience in the field. She has a Bachelors of Science degree in HR and specializes in workplace Investigations, Employee Relations, Mediation and Conflict Resolutions, Labor Relations including negotiation as well as Union avoidance, Leadership Coaching, Policy Development, Employee Engagement/Wellness Program Design and Organizational Design and Communications including reorganizations. Lisa was the Associate Director of Employee Relations for Yale University’s School of Medicine with HR responsibility that supported the schools’ Clinical Enterprise. With her team of HR Generalists, she led many initiatives including a recent large centralization to streamline Patient Access for improved patient care at Yale’s Specialty Practices.
