Lisa M. Gray

Lisa is an accomplished Human Resources Professional with over 25 years of experience in the field. She has a Bachelors of Science degree in HR and specializes in workplace Investigations, Employee Relations, Mediation and Conflict Resolutions, Labor Relations including negotiation as well as Union avoidance, Leadership Coaching, Policy Development, Employee Engagement/Wellness Program Design and Organizational Design and Communications including reorganizations. Lisa was the Associate Director of Employee Relations for Yale University’s School of Medicine with HR responsibility that supported the schools’ Clinical Enterprise. With her team of HR Generalists, she led many initiatives including a recent large centralization to streamline Patient Access for improved patient care at Yale’s Specialty Practices. Her belief in the direct approach, Lisa’s style is to create simplistic processes that communicate effectively with little ambiguity but always with a drive for high performance. Lisa is living her lifelong dream of living on the coast in sunny North Carolina with her husband.

Karen Zeigher

Karen is a Human Resources Professional with more than a decade of experience guiding organizations through the full array of human resources challenges. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, a Master of Social Work degree, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential, Karen utilizes both her business knowledge and experience working with individuals to fashion creative solutions for her corporate clients. Karen’s expertise lies in the areas of Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Training and Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Compliance and Policy Development. Karen’s philosophy is that the success behind Human Resources and organizations in general, starts and ends with the people.

Kerry Flynn Barrett, RN
Kerry is an Executive Human Resources Consultant with a proven track record of strengthening healthcare organizations through strategic, pragmatic, and patient-centered/best-in class HR practices. As a hands-on HR practitioner, business partner and solution provider, she has assisted organizations in developing their workforce to create a culture of high performance, accountability, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement which leads to positive results. Her expertise includes leadership development, executive coaching, employee engagement, team building, workforce planning, design and implementation, employee/ labor relations, community partnership, strategic benefit consulting, talent acquisition and crystal-clear communications. Kerry graduated from Manhattanville College, where she earned a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management. Prior to this she earned her RN Degree and holds an active New York State license. Kerry's professional commitment is also personal and extends beyond the workplace into her community where she and her family volunteer in service organizations.

Robin Miller

Robin founded NEHRC in 2016 with a strong desire to bring the benefits of "big company HR" to smaller businesses and share her knowledge and expertise with a wide range of companies who are focused on growth. She has 25 years of HR, training and business operations and management experience and has worked with a broad range of for-profit and non-profit organizations across many industries.  She has proven success in her field by providing sound HR guidance and leadership in areas including compliance, employee relations, training, coaching, recruitment, talent management and strategic planning. Robin earned her BS in Business Administration from Emmanuel College, Boston. She is an authorized Partner for Everything DiSC.  Robin is also highly involved in her community, serving on several non-profit boards and actively participating in community service organizations including Rotary and Junior League.


Kristen Ryan

Kristen is an HR Professional with many years working in HR roles in academic, healthcare and biotech settings.  Her expertise includes management coaching and development, policy development, HR compliance, employee relations, training and development , performance management and talent acquisition.  Kris is adept at assessing client strengths and vulnerabilities and developing sound plans for improving processes and outcomes.  She also has experience working with companies with international operations.  Kris provides managers with sound advice and coaches them on implementing best practices across the HR spectrum.  She earned her BS from Curry College and is an active member of the Madison Rotary Club and the Daniel Hand HS Hockey Boosters.
